Craig Henry Tennis Club

About the Craig Henry Tennis Club

We are located in the Craig Henry Park. The club has 8 hard courts, open from May through October. The courts are lit from 7:30 to 11 p.m. (6:30 to 10 p.m. after September 1). We promote tennis as a sport for all ages and for the entire family. The Craig Henry Tennis Club is a member of the Ontario Tennis Association and the National Capital Tennis Association. We believe in tennis as a great social sport, and we do our best to maintain a vibrant social life at our club.

Staff

The staff members are responsible for the day-to-day work at the club: court bookings, court monitoring, running social activities, interacting with club members, managing the use of club assets, and so on. The line-up for the 2019 season includes so far Amy Found.

Our monitors are young people who are working hard to improve your tennis experience at the club. We appreciate their contribution to the club. This is probably their most important job so far. Let's treat them with respect.

We are always looking for good candidates for part-time monitor positions with the club. If you want to join us, please send your resume or bio profile to info@craighenrytennis.com.

Volunteers

These are the members who make the Craig Henry Tennis Club a great place to play and socialize. Let us know if you'd like to volunteer for your club. Our thanks to the volunteers who made significant contributions to the club in 2018: Norma and Eddy Canizares, Karnail Singh, Roch Parisien (NCTA team captain), Jason Tudor-Roberts (city liaison), Bob Bowins (ladder support).
