The club Open Tournament registration has just started. This is a member-only tournament, and will take place from July 23 through 26 (Thursday-Sunday). The registration ends on July 20, end of day. The Open tournament is intended for club members 18 years of age and over. There is no fee to sign up the tournament.

The tournament registration is managed through the club online platform (you can't register in person at the club). Log in to your club account to register. For step-by-step instructions, see the Tournament Registration Help page on the club website. You can find details about the match scoring rules on the same page. As an FYI, this year we'll play best of 3 sets with no-add deuce (at 40-40, the next point decides the game) for both singles and doubles. If you're unable to register, just send an email to support@craighenrytennis.com.

Match balls: Each player brings a set of new balls. The player who wins the coin flip supplies the balls for the match. The winner gets the unused balls, and the loser takes the balls used for the match.

The Craig Henry Tennis Club is open for the new season! You can book courts online, and get your shoe tags during the regular club hours, when attendants are on site. See the club hours on the Contact page of the club website. Be sure to have your payment receipt, just in case.

The gate to the courts has a keypad that requires a code to unlock. The code was changed for the new season. Log in to your club account: the code is in the top right corner of your member portal.

And don't forget: the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Craig Henry Tennis Club is scheduled on Monday, May 4 at 6 p.m. in the community building that serves as the clubhouse. The AGM is a great opportunity to find out more about club operations, the work of our volunteer board members, the club financial situation, and many other areas of interest. As a club member, you are invited to attend the AGM and make your voice heard.

We're having a club volunteer day on Sunday, April 26, at 10 a.m. Come join us for a couple of hours of volunteer work. We need to put up the nets and the windscreens, and to clean up the courts.

On the same day, we're going to start handing out the 2026 show tags. We'll be there from 10 a.m. to noon to welcome you with a bag of shoe tags and a cup of coffee.

And a note that the gate code was changed for the new season. To protect the value of your membership, the codes are changed twice each season: before the club opens, and sometime in July. To get the code, just log in to your club account: the code is in the top right corner of your member portal. To unlock the gate when you leave the courts, use the 12345 code, which will never change.

The registration for junior programs at the Craig Henry Tennis is open. Our coaches offer after-school tennis in May-June and half-day summer camps in July and August.

To register your kids, log in to your club account and then click Register for Junior Programs under Programs & Events. Take advantage of the early-bird discount of $10 per program, and sign up your juniors.
