On June 20-21-22, our club will host an OTA junior tournament. There will be 4 courts booked for the tournament for parts of each day:  Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Saturday/Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. As a result, fewer slots will be available for our club members to play. However, with good planning we trust you'll be able to book court space and play on Friday and on the weekend. Just log in to your club account and book your court.

Hosting OTA tournaments is a great way for our tennis club to give back to the community, and to support the development of junior tennis in our region.

Courts 1, 2, 3 and 4 have been resurfaced, and the contractor has been working courts 5, 6, 7 and 8. Work will continue through the week of June 15, as required. We're almost there!

Please book a court online before heading out to play. There will always be courts available for members, and we'll work with the contractor to ensure that the impact on court space for play is minimal. Bear with us during this time. The outcome of the court resurfacing work is worth the temporary inconvenience.

Dear club members, please note that the code to the keypad that controls access to the courts will be changed on May 1. To get the new code, just log in to your account. The code is displayed in the top right corner of your member account page. You can also get the new code from the club attendants when you come to pick up your shoe tags. On May 1-2, there will be club attendants on site from 7 p.m. to 9 pm. Then the club will be staffed on a regular basis. See the Contact page for the club hours.

The code is changed at the beginning of a new season and in mid-summer, or at any time that we get reports of non members using the club courts. The controlled access to the CHTC courts protects the value of your membership, and ensures that only members with a valid 2025 membership are able to play at your club.

We would also like to remind you to book your court before heading out to play. When you log in to book the court, please pay attention to the code. The code change will be announced ahead of time here, on the club website, and in the club newsletter. For obvious reasons, we're unable to post the code here or in the newsletter. You need to log in to your account to get the code. And a note to always close the gate behind you before leaving the courts. Thank you!
